Google Nexus smartphone can get 5 MEMS-camera - 3DNews

October 14th, Google, is expected to introduce the next generation of smart phone Nexus 5.

reported earlier that the machine receives a 4.97 “display with a resolution of Full HD, 800 Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB of flash memory, battery capacity of 2300 mAh battery, accelerometer, magnetometer , gyroscope, proximity and light, barometer. The smartphone runs on Google Android 4.4 KitKat.

now know some details about the main chamber device. It is reported that the Nexus 5 may be the world’s first smartphone equipped with MEMS-camera (microelectromechanical systems). This provides ultra-focus – seven times faster than conventional mobile cameras. Moreover, MEMS-actuators consume less than 1 mW of energy, which reduces the thermal load on the image sensor and optical components.
